Meet Paul Edgerton, owner and sharpener of Edge Mobile Sharpening.
Paul started Edge Mobile Sharpening in 2017. Now Paul and his truck can be found at many local farmers markets around the Twin Cities, in the heat of summer, or cold of winter!
He has a fine arts degree in metals. And really understands how to work with the metal of so many tools- he sharpens them all!

He’s a true professional, sharpening with appropriate abrasive grits depending on usage of knife (for example: kitchen knife vs hunting knife vs fillet knife, etc.)
Salon Shears and Fabric Shears will be sharpened at appropriate angles depending on the angle intended by manufacturer and the usage of the shear, tensioned and oiled.
