The Connolly family raises Terminal Duroc-sired pigs, a breed widely recognized for its superior meat quality & flavor.
They then sell their pork directly to local customers through Farmers’ Markets, as well as online.
From their website: “Our pork is always antibiotic-free. Our pigs are fed an exclusive non-GMO diet which includes no animal by-products or growth-promoting additives. They live their best lives in spacious, free-roaming hoop houses on deep-bedded straw. This allows them to express all their natural behavioral tendencies. Our pigs enjoy the fresh air & plenty of sunshine.”
