Meet Jean of The Croffle Corner, who started this business while laid off during maternity leave. That just happened to be the same time a new treat was becoming all the rage in Korea.
This mix of Croissant and Waffle is light and flaky but with all those spaces to hold other flavors… which is why it remains a best seller!
In Jean’s words, “Launching The Croffle Corner was a leap of faith, and running a small business brings challenges every day. But it’s also been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful people from all walks of life—each with their own unique stories, talents, and passions.”
