Meet Paula and her team!
This crew is a main stay of the downtown White Bear Lake experience. Sassafras has been open since 1992. Paula has owned it since 2007 and is a board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. She travels to product facilities and stays up to date on the latest scientific studies. She has always focused on educating the public as a way to get through the hype surrounding the health food and supplement industry. Our town is healthier because of Paula and her team!
A side business of freeze dried fruits, veggies and even candies will be sold at this year’s markets!
