With a homemade maple syrup cooker given to him by the Bloomington Fire Deptartment, Bob Bell tapped his first maple tree in Cushing, MN in 1989.
Since then the operation has grown slowly in size but is still a family run operation with no automation. Whether on pancakes, vanilla ice cream or in a favorite family recipe, Bell’s Pure Maple syrup makes the difference. “It’s okay to lick the plate!”
