Chef Matt Ellison specializes in Virtual Cooking Classes through his company, Browns + Blues. He’s had quite the ride around some of Twin Cities finest restaurants- from Masa Mexican, W.A. Frost, The Happy Gnome, Salut Bar Americain, and Muffaletta. Most recently he was the Culinary director for the Bonfire/Axel’s restaurants.
Matt is happiest cooking with fresh + local foods.
As Covid has heavily hit the restaurant business, Matt took the opportunity to pivot and share his love of cooking with others in a new way. He’s been enjoying teaching online classes for a few months now. The sizes and menus are totally customizable, which make them a great, safe and healthy holiday gift option.
