Michelle Bruhn of Forks in the Dirt has been spreading her love of local food around the Twin Cities metro area for years as a speaker, writer and farmers market manager.
A regenerative gardener on her suburban lot you can find her popping up low tunnels, eating straight from the garden or preserving garden harvests most of the year. During winter, she prefers to sit by the wood stove reading and dreaming, and scheming up next year’s gardens and classes .
