Michelle Bruhn of Forks in the Dirt has been spreading her love of local food around the Twin Cities metro area for years as a speaker, writer and farmers market manager.
A regenerative gardener on her suburban lot you can find her popping up low tunnels, eating straight from the garden or preserving garden harvests most of the year. During winter, she prefers to sit by the woodstove reading and dreaming.
She shares her joy in nature, soil and the plants we grow for food, habitat and beauty in a variety of classes that help us all work toward the mission of Forks in the Dirt:
