Meet Matt, dedicated to sustainable fishing ways for decades!
Matt has been on the waters in Alaska since 1989. He spent over a decade crabbing, before switching to fishing. He bought his boat the “Blue Ox” in 2004 and has been sustainably fishing, flash freezing and transporting the Sushi Grade Salmon back to his original home, Minnesota.
We get to benefit from the delicious, nutrient dense, sustainably caught Salmon.
